Lead Paint Inspections

Skyline Environmental offers Lead-Safe and Lead-Free Inspections.  Lead Safe Inspections are a visual inspection of all painted components within a dwelling. This may or may not include Dust Wipes depending on municipality requirements. We will determine if/where paint is chipping or peeling. Dust Wipe samples are taken on friction surfaces(Floors, window sill, etc). Lead Free Inspections utilize non-destructive analyzers to assess the presence or absence of lead paint. These analyzers can determine whether lead-based paint is present or absent in most items or surfaces.
